A 15-minute call. Fill this in, tell me when suits you, and I will confirm a time.
No. CRI5 is a method for the moment you start to lose yourself, and coaching is where I teach it. It is not treatment. If you are in persistent, overwhelming, or unsafe distress, please see a professional first. CRI can sit beside that work. It is not a substitute for it.

If you want to try it on your own, start with the Monday Return while the book is on its way. If something is already in the way and you’d like help now, a 15-minute call. Either is a fine place to begin.
We settle the format and fee on the call, once I know the situation. The Monday Return is free.
