Wise words! One of the main themes in my books is that habits cannot be changed overnight.
It simply goes against human nature. This is why you can’t simply change your diet, exercise program or any behavior suddenly.
It may work for a few days or weeks but like an elastic rubber band, eventually you will snap all the way back, if not further!
The only way to change a habit is by introducing new habits at the right pace.
